Institutional Partnership Program

Structured cooperation for responsible academic integrity research.

BJET works with universities, research offices, libraries, and technology governance teams through written agreements that define the research scope, authorization path, and data handling model before any evaluation activity begins.

Program Scope

Collaboration starts with institutional authorization.

The Institutional Partnership Program is designed for organizations that need a documented research channel for similarity evaluation, AI detection review, and digital resource governance.

  • Non-repository research handling for authorized sample materials.
  • Regional review of academic integrity technology performance.
  • Operational documentation for governance and research administrators.
Collaboration Roles

Partnership work is coordinated through accountable institutional contacts.

Each role supports a documented review process. BJET does not request private credentials or ask individuals to act outside their organization's policy.

Institutional Representatives

Coordinate formal communication, approval records, and research scope alignment.

Library and Research Administrators

Advise on academic resource governance, data handling standards, and user education needs.

IT and Compliance Teams

Review technical controls, privacy requirements, and authorized evaluation environments.

Formal inquiries should be sent from an institutional mailbox topartnership@njbejm.cn.
